What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
All life is dependent on universal energy. Disturbances in the flow of energy can disrupt the body’s natural balance resulting in physical, emotional and mental diseases.
The trained Reiki practitioner rebalances the the energy centers to restore health and wellness.
Reiki is gentle, non-invasive, and can never do harm.
Who I Am
Lana Moon
I am an Usui Reiki Master I am also Vertified in Reiki for Pets. I do in person Reiki and come to you. I also do phone/zoom sessions.
I became a healer at a very young age. I feel that it was always inside of me. I always wanted to help people and animals.
I have experienced a lot of trauma in my life and the one thing that saved my mind, body and soul is working as an energy healer.
So many people in life endure so much pressure and so much stress. There are people that have been traumatized and are still going through traumatic experiences or suffering from PTSD.
My intent is to help with the healing process so that my clients can live a happier life and processes their challenges positively instead of being in a dark or negative mindset.
There are people who have been physically injured, and I help with the healing process of that as well. It is the most amazing feeling to know that I have helped someone recover their well – being.
The same goes for animals. There are a lot of animals that are sick or have been abused. By channeling Reiki, I can really help them feel better.

Reiki is a life force energy that flows through all beings.
Quantum physics shows us that everything is made up of energy, and everything is connected. Everything is part of the same, continuous whole.
During a session Most clients begin to feel like they are in relaxed state of mind and have sense of peace. The mind will feel calm and the body should feel relaxed. Some clients fall asleep during the session because they are so relaxed. You still receive the same benefits as you would if you were awake. Mostly the sessions are done without any talking. Music will be playing in to help you remain in a relaxed state. Feel free to speak up at anytime if there is anything you need or if you are too hot or to cold. After the session I will usually ask you about how you feel. That way I’m provided with great feedback for our next session.
In Reiki we use something called the distance symbol (in Reiki terms it is called Han Sha Ze Sho Nen). It is used to cross any distance in time or space. Using the distance symbol gives me the ability to clear blockages from your past. The Distance Symbol allows me to perform Reiki on someone who is not physically as well.
Usually when I perform a distance Reiki session I like to have a photo of the recipient and some type of Crystal. Distance Reiki can be sent to anyone, at any time. Distance reiki has a lot of benefits, such as feelings of relaxation, empowerment and happiness,
